Nathan's experience in film and advertising runs the gamut. Starting
out in video post-production, his interests eventually grew into
screenwriting, narrative storytelling, advertising and producing.
Nathan's
education in film and advertising comes mainly outside of academia,
his knowledge acquired through mentors in the film and advertising
industries, several internships and a great passion to read
every book on film and advertising he can get his hands on.
Nevertheless, Nathan has had the opportunity to study film,
communications and advertising in college at the University
of Illinois and Washington University in St. Louis where he
will finish up in December of 2004 with a degree in Economics
and a minor in Communications.
Nathan has
worked as freelancer since high school working with such clients
as the University of Illinois, American Power Conversion and
Roadhat Multimedia. With Rouse Productions Nathan has done creative
development and design for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and recently
produced and directed a commercial with Rouse for Kentucky Fried
Chicken that aired on national broadcast.
Nathan is
currently finishing up his undergraduate degree at Washington
University while interning at the St. Louis advertising agency
Kupper Parker Communications.
